PRODUCTION: Hand-harvested, vinified using traditional methods.

Appearance: Rosé color, regular effervescence, peony highlights.
Nose: Appealing, fruity, raspberry.
Palate: Fruity, smooth, raspberry, mirabelle plum, good intensity.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 6° and 8°C.
CELLARING POTENTIAL: 2 years.
