I am a Crémant de Bourgogne that offers harmonious and balanced bubbles. Fresh and refined, I have a fruity character.


 

PRODUCTION: Hand-harvested, direct pressing, aged using traditional methods.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance:
Greenish-gold color, fine bubbles, greyish-gold highlights.
Nose: Delicate, mineral, citrus aromas.
Palate: Lively, generous, effervescent, citrus notes, round, slightly mineral, good intensity, long finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 6° and 8°C.
CELLARING POTENTIAL: 2 years
